3. Phone Platforms: iOS, Android and Windows Devices

When you use any of the XSQUADS Tech Private Limited games or applications on a mobile platform, we will/may collect and record certain information such as your unique device ID (persistent / non-persistent), hardware type, media access control (“MAC”) address, international mobile equipment identity (“IMEI”), the version of your operating system (“OS”), your device name, your email address (if you have connected to Facebook or Google+), and your location (based on your IP address). This information is useful to us for troubleshooting and helps us understand usage trends. We may collect and process your location data to provide location related Services and advertisements. We may use various technologies to determine location, such as GPS, Wi-Fi or other network-based data such as IP address. Your GPS Geo-location is not accessed without your consent. We will not share your GPS Geo-location with third parties without your consent. Please note that we may share your anonymous location data with our affiliated partners in order to improve the Services. If you no longer wish to allow us to track or use this information, for most mobile devices, you are able to withdraw your permission for us to acquire this information on your location through your device settings. Please note, the application may not work properly if we are unable to tell where you are coming from (Country specific). In addition, we create a unique user ID to track your use of our Service. This unique user ID is stored in connection with your profile information to track the XSQUADS Tech Private Limited games you are playing. Log in You can log in to the Site using sign-in services (“SN Service”) including Facebook Connect, Apple’s Game Center, Google+ and such other SN Service as may be available from time to time. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name, email address, and resume to pre-populate our sign up form. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on its Web Site to your profile page and/or timeline to share with others within your network of friends. We may collect and record information through the SN Service in accordance with the policies and terms of that SN Service. The information we collect when you connect your user account to an SN Service may include: (1) your name, (2) your SN Service user identification number and/or user name, (3) locale, city, state and country, (4) sex or gender, (5) birth date, (6) email address, (7) profile picture or its URL, and (8) the SN Service user identification numbers for your friends that are also connected to XSQUADS Tech Private Limited games. 4. Invite a Friend

XSQUADS Tech Private Limited will/may offer you the opportunity to invite your contacts/friends from a SN Service (such as your Facebook friends) so that those contacts can be located in XSQUADS Tech Private Limited games and/or you can invite them to join you in XSQUADS. Such contact information will be used only for the purpose of sending communications to the addressee. Please note we do not use these services prior to you consent. To request the removal of this information from our database to the extent XSQUADS Tech Private Limited stores any of this information you or the third party see the section entitled “Contact Information” at the end of this Privacy Policy.

5. Customer Service

We will/may collect your email address when you contact our customer service group and we may use that email address to contact you about your gaming experience with XSQUADS Tech Private Limited games and notify you about company news and promotions. If you no longer wish to receive certain email notifications you may opt-out at any time by following the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each communication or by emailing us from the section entitled “Contact Information” at the end of this Privacy Policy.

We may occasionally send you push notifications through our mobile applications to send you game updates, high scores and other service related notifications that may be of importance to you. When you access our Game and/or Services using a third-party platform(such as Google, Apple, Game Center, Twitter, or Facebook). We use the collected information for a variety of purposes, primarily, to provide the Game and the Service (collectively, the “Game Service”) to players like you and to improve the quality of the Game Service. These include:

– Identification of individual players to provide the Game service,

– Technical protection against usage of unauthorized programs,

– Preventing inappropriate gameplay that could harm other players,

– Searching player statistics and provision of the leaderboard,

– Operating E-sports events and providing opportunities to participate in tournament(s), and

– Providing customer service by collecting and responding to inquires.

– necessary to perform a contract with you or take steps to enter into a contract at your request: Most of the time, the reason we process your information is to perform the contract that you have with us. In principle, we will remove your personal information without delay after the purpose of collecting personal information is achieved. Personal information stored in physical form will be shredded or incinerated, and personal information stored electronically will be removed using technical measures in a way that the information cannot be reproduced. However, we may retain your personal information even after you have closed your account with us or we have ceased providing Services to you, if retention of your personal information is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, cheating or abuse, or enforce this Privacy Policy or any other agreement we may have with a player.

10.1 Users have multiple login options including Facebook and Guest login as below.

10.2 Tapping facebook login will fetch details like your Facebook profile name, user ID, Profile Picture, friend list and stores it on your device for the multiplayer and social gaming experience. Once logged in, you will be able to view your facebook friend list who played ScarFall.

10.3 If you wish to logout, You can tap your profile name option available on the top right corner of the lobby screen, Which will open your profile page having Facebook logout button at the bottom right.

10.4 Tapping on the logout option will open a dialog box for confirmation, If you tap “Yes” you will be logged out and all your Facebook data like your profile name, ID, Profile Picture and friend list stored in your device will be deleted immediately.

11. Game Data Collection

Whenever you play our games, we will/may collect anonymous data using the service of Google Analytics and sometimes use flurry (or such other service providers as we may deem appropriate). The data thereby collected is presented to us in an anonymous form to include, for example, the percentage of users who complete a particular level.

12. COOKIES

We may from time to time implement “cookies” or other features to allow us or third parties to collect or share information that will help us improve our Site and the Services we offer, or help us offer new services and features. “Cookies” are identifiers we transfer to your computer or mobile device that allow us to recognize your computer or device and tell us how and when the Services or website are used or visited, by how many people and to track movements within our website. We may link cookie information to personal data. Cookies also link to information regarding what items you have selected for purchase pages you have viewed or games you have played. This information is used to keep track of your shopping cart, for example. 13. Third Party Services

Our services may contain third party tracking tools from Google Analytics, our service provider. Such third party may use cookies, APIs, and SDKs in our services to enable them to collect and analyze user information on our behalf. The third party may have access to information such as your device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, locale (specific location where a given language is spoken), geo-location information, and IP address for the purpose of providing their services under their respective privacy policies. This Policy does not cover the use of tracking tools from Google Analytics. We do not have access or control over Google Anaytics.

14. Mobile Analytics

We will/may use mobile analytics softwares to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Mobile Software on your device. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personal information you submit within the mobile application.

15. Device Feature Access Permissions

At game startup, we ask for a few device feature access permissions like Microphone and Storage, which are required for the game to save temporary data in the device and offer voice chat during gameplay.

16. Ad Networks

We do not serve ads within the Sites, but we do serve ads within our games and the advertisers we use have their own terms of service which are compatible with the terms of services of the mobile platforms. The option to opt out of advertising is not available for all of our games. When available, advertisement can be blocked by making an in app purchase. The advertisers may collect and use information about you, such as your Service session activity, device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, geo-location information and IP address. They may use this information to provide advertisements of interest to you. In addition, you may see our games advertised in other services. After clicking on one of these advertisements and installing our game, you will become a user of our Service. In order to verify the installs, a device identifier may be shared with the advertiser.
